I co-founded a tour company that became the highest-rated Airbnb Experience in Cape Town within two months, recruited engineers in fintech and e-commerce, spent five years working on super yachts around the world, and founded Haven Mental Health — where I'm building an app that gives yacht crew 24/7 mental health support. Now I'm channelling everything I've learned into Chayne Studios, a web studio I'm launching with Wayne Van Niekerk to help established businesses build modern, high-performing websites. When I'm not working, you'll find me on a mountain trail — my first ultra was 161km, and I haven't slowed down since.

Five years in the deck department of luxury super yachts, progressing from deckhand to Bosun. Worked aboard vessels including the 75m M/Y Kensho. During leave periods, trained in somatic and nervous system therapy, hypnotherapy, and BWRT — the foundation that led directly to founding Haven Mental Health.

Co-founded a locally-curated tour company offering visitors the same routes as major operators, but delivered by someone who grew up here. Within two months of launching, we became the highest-rated experience provider on Airbnb Experiences — 4.9/5.0 and the most-reviewed tour in our category.
I started running after a tough breakup. I needed to prove something to myself — not to anyone else. My longest run to that point was 30km. I entered a 161km race. It wasn't rational, which was exactly the point. Ultra running taught me that most limits are invented. That mindset drives everything I do in business.
